With over 35 years of expertise in developing and executing institutional, commercial, and industrial capital projects within the construction industry, Kevin brings invaluable insight to every project. He specializes in providing senior-level cost advisory assistance to project owners and design professionals.

Kevin's prowess in cost consulting stems from his technical proficiency across various domains, including cost planning, control, and risk management. His extensive background encompasses diverse experiences ranging from feasibility studies and capital planning to estimating, cost modeling, life cycle costing, and value management.
