Kevin, the Principal of Tech-Cost Consultants, has over 30 years of experience in the development and implementation of institutional, commercial, and industrial capital projects in the construction industry; his expertise is in managing and coordinating professionals and providing senior advisory assistance to owners and design professionals.

Alan Nessick
Founder
PQS(F), MRICS

Alan is a founder of Tech-Cost Consultants and has over 35 years of experience covering all types of projects with particular emphasis on publicly funded facilities including hospitals, schools, advanced education, civil works, correctional facilities, police stations and courthouses. This type of experience will serve to contribute to the special constraints and challenges. He has extensive ties to the construction industry and has served on the Board of the Calgary Construction Association.

Kelly Parker
Principal
BSc Hons. (QS), PQS

Kelly has over 20 years of experience as a contractor’s mechanical and electrical Quantity Surveyor in the UK before relocation to join Tech-Cost in 2015. She has an immense understanding of cost estimating, control monitoring, analysis, reporting and establishing cost to complete.

Charlene McKeigan
PQS, CET

Charlene, with over 5 years of experience in professional quantity surveying, construction cost consulting, and project monitoring services, focuses largely on architectural and landscape elements.

Philip J. Vesty
BSc (QS), PQS

Philip is a senior quantity surveyor with over 30 years of construction contract management, administration and cost control. His diverse professional experience includes work with consulting, contracting and public agencies.

Brandon Heger
PQS

Brandon has over 10 years of practical construction experience as an electrician and over 8 years as a construction estimator for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. He has a vast understanding of electrical contracting and quantity surveying with an expertise in electrical elements of cost management, cost planning and control.
